How does the consultation work
- In order to get an online consultation appointment, you have to make a payment through our website.
- Once your payment is successfully made, we will confirm your online consultation schedule via email and telephone within 2 weeks based on the availability of the slots.
- Online consultation will be provided by Nutritionist Reshmi Roy Chowdhury over the phone. We will initiate the call for the consultation within India and for outside India, the call should be placed by the patients/clients.
Payment Process
- You have the preferred choice to make the payment either by debit card, credit card or net-banking facility.
- To make an online payment, please click on the ‘Online Consultation’ page on our website.
- Please fill in your name, email, mobile#, city/state and your country and click on the payment button. Please note for India, you have to select the country as ‘India’ and click on ‘Pay Now’ and for other countries select ‘other’ and click on ‘PayPal’ button.
- You will then be re-directed to Paypal / CC Avenue payment gateway page.
- Select your mode of payment and complete the payment process.
- On successful payment transaction, we will confirm your on-line consultation schedule within 2 weeks.
